Jammu, 23 September (H.S.): The missing son of BJP MLA Vijay Sharma has been located in New Delhi, officials said here on Wednesday.

Officials said Aditya Sharma, son of BJP MLA from the Hiranagar Assembly constituency Vijay Sharma, who had gone missing on Tuesday, was found in New Delhi, where he had gone to meet his sister, who is pursuing her studies.

His sister informed the family members about him, they said, adding that he is on his way home.

Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Police launched an overnight search operation and expanded the investigation to various locations, including bus stands and railway stations, to trace the missing youth, a Class 11 student.

CCTV footage was also examined for possible clues.

Aditya was reportedly seen boarding a bus on Tuesday evening at around 5 pm and travelling to an unknown destination.
