Reaching various Ganesh Puja pandals, Lord Ganesha worshipped

with rituals and prayers offered for public welfare

Prayagraj, 23 Sept (HS): On the occasion of the ten-day

Ganesh Utsav festival, an atmosphere of faith and devotion prevails in the

Prayagraj City South Assembly constituency. The idols of Lord Ganesha, the

remover of obstacles, have become the centre of attraction for the devotees in

the Ganesh Puja pandals set up in various localities and markets. Late on

Tuesday night and on Wednesday, Uttar Pradesh Government's Industrial

Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi visited various Ganesh Puja pandals

in his Prayagraj City South Assembly constituency and worshipped Lord Ganesha

as per the rituals and received his blessings.

During the Ganesh festival, Minister Nandi visited the

Ganesh Puja pandals established at Karailbagh Lal Colony, in front of Sahu

Dharamshala at Atrasuiya Square, Shiv Park at Malakraj Rambagh, Badshahi Mandi,

Mohtsimganj, Maharshi Square ADA Colony Naini, Naini Bazaar Shankar Dhal,

Sarveshwar Mahadev Temple Station Road Naini, Thakurdin Hata Bahadurganj and

near Kailash Temple at Patthargali and worshipped Lord Ganesha, the remover of

obstacles.

Upon arriving at the various pandals, Minister Nandi was

welcomed by organizers, devotees, and local citizens. Chants of Ganpati

Bappa Morya echoed throughout the pandals, filling the entire atmosphere

with devotion. Minister Nandi reverently participated in the aarti and worship

of Lord Ganesha and also inquired from organizers and devotees about the

preparations and arrangements for the Ganesh festival.

During the worship, Minister Nandi prayed to Lord Ganesha

for happiness, peace, prosperity, and public welfare in society and the state.

He said that Lord Ganesha is the remover of obstacles and the bestower of good

fortune. Worshiping him inspires new energy, positivity, and wisdom. Ganesh

Utsav is a symbol of our rich Indian culture, religious faith, and social

unity.

He said that Prayagraj has always been a land of religious

and spiritual traditions. Here, festivals and celebrations are not just

religious events, but also serve as a means of uniting society and

strengthening mutual brotherhood. The collective worship of Lord Ganesha by

devotees in different areas during Ganesh Utsav is a living example of our

cultural tradition.

Minister Nandi, while extending his best wishes to the

officials and members of the Ganesh Utsav committees, said that along with

religious events, social harmony, cleanliness, and the spirit of service should

also be promoted. He urged all devotees to celebrate the festival with

devotion, enthusiasm, and in a harmonious atmosphere.

A large number of local citizens, devotees, officials and

members of Ganesh Utsav committees, party officials and workers were present at

the Ganesh Puja pandals. Devotees prayed to Lord Ganesha for the region's

prosperity and well-being for all.

Minister Nandi's presence at Ganesh Puja pandals in various

parts of the City South Assembly constituency from late Tuesday night until

Wednesday also generated enthusiasm among devotees. The entire area was filled

with Ganesha chants and devotional songs, accompanied by chants of

Ganpati Bappa Morya.
