Guwahati, 22 September (H.S.): Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya on Tuesday led the ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat Sankalp Padayatra’ in Tinsukia as part of his ongoing state-wide campaign to create awareness against drug abuse and transform the anti-drug
