Mumbai, 21 September (H.S.): The much-awaited trailer of Luv Ranjan’s upcoming film ‘Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar’ was released on Monday, offering a glimpse into the story behind its intriguing title while weaving together romance, friendship, old crushes and the complexities of relationships. Featuring six fresh faces and their lively performances, the trailer has heightened anticipation for the film.

The trailer captures the carefree spirit of youth and the warmth of friendship, complemented by quirky jokes, witty one-liners and playful banter among the characters. Old crushes and unexpected situations add further layers of humour and romance to the narrative. Sparsh Walia, Alisha Chopra, Kunal Vaid, Sakshi Vaidya, Tushar Chhibber and Sargun Kaur Luthra are making their big-screen acting debuts with the film.

Speaking about the film, Luv Ranjan said the story draws from school days, friendships, first crushes and memories of the people who made the early years of one’s life special. According to him, although the characters belong to a new generation, their emotions have the potential to resonate with audiences across age groups.

Director Anuj Saini said the film holds special significance for him as it marks his directorial debut. He also expressed his enthusiasm about the work of all six actors.

‘Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar’ is presented by Luv Films and directed by Anuj Saini, with Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg serving as producers. The film is scheduled to release worldwide in cinemas on October 23, 2026.
