Greater Noida, 20 Sept (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and former Vice President Hamid Ansari.

Without naming Rahul Gandhi, he called him the Prince of Congress,

and said that his behavior, echoing his lies, was an insult to the entire

female community. The Chief Minister said that the country should stop

expecting anything from such people. They are misguided individuals whose goal

is to sow confusion and spread chaos and anarchy in society.

During closing ceremony of the Utkarsh Nari Samman, Yuva

Swabhiman program, UP CM said, “Remember, if a crisis befalls the nation, then

neither religion remains secure, nor caste remains secure, nor the method of

worship remains secure, nor will festivals and holidays remain secure. To

eradicate corruption and crime, Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna will be our

ideals. We have provided government jobs to 9.5 lakh youths inside UP. The

women's workforce has grown rapidly.

Where previously only 12 percent of women

were working, today 36-37 percent of women are working. Within the next

three-four months, the presence of women in the police force will exceed 50

thousand. If anyone has undertaken the task of women's empowerment, it is the

government of the Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of the honorable

Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji. If former Vice President Hamid Ansari ji

could grasp this sentiment, then he would not curse India and Indianness, or the

Hindu perspective of India. Every kind of oppression should be stopped. We do

not compel anyone; we believe that the truth is one, though the paths may be

different. The Congress's Yuvaraj too, in his 'echo of lies,' behaved in a

manner that is an insult to feminine power.”

At the closing ceremony of the two-day 'Prerna Vimarsh-2026'

in Greater Noida on Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi described the statement of

former Vice President Hamid Ansari as unfortunate and scary. He said that a

person holding an important constitutional post is expected to behave in a

manner befitting the dignity of the post. If only he had understood India's

equal vision, he would not have cursed India, Indianness and the Hindu vision.

Referring to women empowerment, employment for youth, startups and the state's

economy, the Chief Minister said that Uttar Pradesh, which was once called a

sick state, has now become a revenue surplus state and the growth engine of the

country.

Women empowerment will happen not through speeches but

through action: The Chief Minister said that protecting women's dignity and

empowering them will not happen through mere speeches. The government has

prioritized women in its schemes. Three crore families in the country were

given ownership rights through Garhauni, in which women have the first right.

LPG connections were provided to 12 crore families, and toilets were provided

to 12 crore homes. In Uttar Pradesh, 54,000 Banking Correspondent Sakhis are

providing banking services in villages.

Citing the example of Balini Milk Producers in Jhansi, he

said that a group started with five women in 2019 now has 62,000 women

associated with it. Its turnover is Rs. 115 crore, and each woman earns Rs. 8,000

to Rs. 10,000 per month. Milk producers are also operating in Agra, Kashi,

Gorakhpur, and Lucknow, with approximately 400,000 women associated with them.

The number of women police has increased from 10,000 to

44,000: The Chief Minister said that in 2017, there were only 10,000 women in

the UP Police, but now the number has risen to 44,000. This figure will surpass

50,000 in the next three to four months. The participation of women in the

state's workforce has also increased from 12 percent to 36-37 percent. Under

the new Digital Entrepreneurship Scheme, women entrepreneurs will be engaged

and trained in eight thousand Nyay Panchayats.

9.5 lakh government jobs, 3.25 crore jobs in MSMEs: The

Chief Minister said that Uttar Pradesh has the largest youth force in India,

with 56 percent of the population in the state being young. In the last nine

and a half years, 9.5 lakh youth have been given government jobs. 3.25 crore

youth are working in 9.6 lakh MSME units. Due to improved security

arrangements, the state received investment proposals worth Rs. 50 lakh crore.

Of these, investments worth more than Rs. 15 lakh crore have materialized,

providing employment to more than 6.5 lakh youth.

There were less than 120 startups, now there are more than

24,000: The Chief Minister said that before 2017, there were fewer than 120

startups in Uttar Pradesh, while today there are more than 24,000. Nearly half

of these are run by women. He cited Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil, Thakur Roshan

Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, and Veer Savarkar,

urging young people to draw inspiration from national heroes.

The Chief Minister said that for Prime Minister Narendra

Modi, the nation comes first. If the country is safe, religion, worship, caste,

family, and individuals are also safe. The self-reliance of women and youth

will become the foundation of self-reliance in Uttar Pradesh and India.

Now no one calls UP a sick state: Chief Minister Yogi said

that Uttar Pradesh's economy, per capita income, and budget have tripled. Uttar

Pradesh, once considered a sick state by previous governments, is now a

revenue-surplus state and the nation's growth engine. The state no longer faces

an identity crisis. This change has come about through respect for heritage and

a zero-tolerance policy against crime and corruption.

Taking aim at the opposition, he said that those who earlier

created an identity crisis for Uttar Pradesh, now want to bring in a period of

riots, curfew, division of society, discrimination, chaos and anarchy.

The closing ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp: Earlier,

Chief Minister Yogi inaugurated the ceremony by lighting a lamp. Videos on the

ideological journeys of Keshav Samvad and Prerna Vichar

were shown, and copies of both magazines were presented to the Chief Minister.

Another video presented the changing picture of the state's women and youth.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's All India Pracharak Pramukh

Swant Ranjan, Gautam Buddha University Vice Chancellor Prof. Rana Pratap Singh,

Prerna Vimarsh's Executive Chairman VK Gupta, Chairman Anil Tyagi, Dr. Manmohan

Singh Sisodia, Prerna Research Institute's President Preeti Dadu, Secretary

India's true consciousness lies in its eternal tradition. If

the eternal is India's vision of life, then woman is the pulsation of that

vision of life. Today, I participated in the closing ceremony of the Utkrash

Nari Samman Youth Self-Respect, Prerna Vimarsh-2026 organized at Gautam Buddha

University, Greater Noida. On this occasion, the special issue of the magazine

Keshav Samvad—which advances the ideological journey of bringing meaningful

discourse to society—on Youth and Uttar Pradesh, and the special issue of

Prerna Vichar on Uttar Pradesh: The Emancipation of Maternal Power were

released. Heartfelt congratulations to all the office-bearers associated with

Prerna Vimarsh for this innovative endeavor of dialogue, UP CM says in a post on X.
