
New Delhi, 20 September (H.S.): The Indian primary market is set for a busy week beginning Monday, September 21, with several companies scheduled to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs).
The upcoming week will see a mix of mainboard and small and medium enterprise (SME) issues, while several companies are also expected to make their stock market debut.
On Monday, September 21, Vivekanand Cotspin Ltd will open its IPO for subscription. The issue will remain open until September 23, with a price band of Rs 32 to Rs 37 per share. The company is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on September 28.
FX Multitech Ltd will also open its SME IPO on September 21. The Rs 45.24 crore issue will remain open until September 23, with a price band of Rs 110 to Rs 116 per share.
Robokidz Eduventures Ltd is another SME issue scheduled to open on September 21. The IPO is expected to raise around Rs 31.09 crore, with a price band of Rs 100 to Rs 106 per share.
On September 22, Varmora Granito Ltd will open its Rs 708.02 crore mainboard IPO. The price band has been fixed at Rs 140 to Rs 148 per share, and the issue will remain open until September 24. The company is expected to list on the BSE and NSE.
Himalaya Nutravedics India Ltd will also open its IPO on September 22. The issue size is around Rs 26.50 crore, with a price band of Rs 100 to Rs 106 per share.
Anand Seamless Ltd is scheduled to launch its Rs 25.52 crore SME IPO on the same day. The issue will remain open until September 24, with a fixed price of Rs 72 per share.
September 23 will be particularly busy, with several companies scheduled to enter the primary market.
Elevate Campuses Ltd will launch its Rs 2,100 crore mainboard IPO with a price band of Rs 343 to Rs 362 per share. The issue will remain open until September 25 and is scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on September 30.
ArMee Infotech Ltd will also open its Rs 300 crore IPO on September 23. The price band has been fixed at Rs 350 to Rs 375 per share, with the issue closing on September 25.
Swastika Infra Ltd will launch its IPO on September 23 with a price band of Rs 175 to Rs 185 per share. The issue is scheduled to close on September 25.
Adroit Industries India Ltd will also open its Rs 150.71 crore issue on September 23. The price band is Rs 126 to Rs 134 per share, with subscription closing on September 25.
Liqvd Digital India Ltd is scheduled to launch its SME IPO on September 23. The issue will remain open until September 25.
Pooja Logistics Ltd will also open its Rs 44.23 crore IPO on September 23. The price band has been fixed at Rs 109 to Rs 115 per share.
S. K. Offset Ltd will launch its public issue on September 23, with a price band of Rs 119 to Rs 125 per share. The issue will close on September 25.
Sai Urja Indo Ventures Ltd is also scheduled to open its IPO on September 23. The price band has been fixed at Rs 107 to Rs 113 per share.
Unitec Fibres Ltd will launch its public issue on September 23, with a price band of Rs 83 to Rs 88 per share. The issue is scheduled to close on September 25.
Coreintegra Consulting Services Ltd will also open its SME IPO on September 23. The issue has a price band of Rs 74 to Rs 78 per share and will remain open until September 25.
On September 24, A-One Steels India Ltd is scheduled to launch its Rs 405 crore public issue. The price band has been fixed at Rs 385 to Rs 405 per share, with subscription scheduled to close on September 28.
Apart from these new issues, investors will also have an opportunity to participate in IPOs that opened during the previous week, subject to their respective closing dates.
The coming week is also expected to remain active on the listing front, with several companies scheduled to make their stock market debuts across the mainboard and SME platforms.
The primary market is therefore set for a particularly active week, with a combination of fresh IPO launches, ongoing issues and scheduled listings keeping investors and market participants closely engaged.
