Lucknow, 02 Sept (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath inaugurated Uttar Pradesh Outsourcing Service Corporation (UPCOS) in
Lucknow to defend the service rights of the state's outsourced and contract
workers and to enhance transparent human resource management.
At the program organized in Lucknow for the inauguration of
the Uttar Pradesh Outsourcing Service Corporation (UPCOS), Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath remarked, “The relationship between the government and its employees
is not merely one of salary and work; it is one of trust, one of
responsibility. Sensitivity is the first prerequisite of good governance, and
that is precisely why we have established this outsourcing service corporation.
Through this, outsourced personnel will obtain an institutionally secure
future. The system will now operate with clear standards, transparency, and
defined accountability. Respectable remuneration has also been ensured for each
employee in accordance with their category and educational qualifications. We
will also ensure the availability of all statutory service benefits, including
maternity leave, through the outsourcing service corporation.”
“In 2017, the Saifai and Rampur syndicates were sucking the
blood out of the entire system. They were exploiting. The task of stopping it
is going to be undertaken by the double-engine government. Today, these
syndicates have been completely eradicated. If anyone tampers with the future
of the youth, then for them there will be nothing but jail, and their property
will be completely confiscated. When millions of women join economic
activities, not only does their family move forward, but the state's economy also
advances at a rapid pace,” he added.
“May all outsourced personnel receive fair remuneration for
their hard work, and be assured of social security guarantees. In the event of
any incident or accident, they should not be left alone, but should have
coverage alongside them. Towards fulfilling these objectives, the Uttar Pradesh
Outsourcing Services Corporation (UPCOS) was inaugurated today in Lucknow for
the digital integration of the entire outsourced human resource management.
On this occasion, along with the unveiling of UPCOS's
portal, website, and 'logo', there was also distribution of cheques to the
outsourced personnel. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all for
these gifts received just before Shri Krishna Janmashtami,” mentioned UP CM in
a post on X.
