Baliyan by a sharpshooter from Haryana, about five days ago, shocked everyone.
This incident was challenging and extremely sad not only for the family, but
also for the entire district, Uttar Pradesh, and the government. He said that

cannot be expressed in words.

criminals. No criminal will be allowed to disrupt law and order in Uttar
Pradesh. Regarding the murder of Ankit Baliyan, the Chief Minister took

action.

police team, prompting police action, which resulted in the encounter, in which
both accused were injured. He stated that strict action would be taken against
the perpetrators within the ambit of the law, and that the government would not
protect them at any cost.
Kapil Dev Agarwal stated that he has also spoken with Ankit
Baliyan's father. The family has expressed satisfaction with the police action
and has also identified the sharpshooters. He stated that the government will
not hesitate in taking action against the criminals. If a larger conspiracy is
