Kolkata, 18 September (H.S.): On the auspicious occasion of Vishwakarma Puja, the festival dedicated to the deity of architecture, craftsmanship, and creation, West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. He paid rich tributes to the technical and working classes, acknowledging their relentless contributions to the building of society and civilization.

In a message released on social media, the Chief Minister offered his respects to the hardworking hands driving societal progress. I offer my deepest respects from the bottom of my heart to all the artisans, architects, technologists, mechanics, and diligent factory workers whose hands constantly toil behind the progress of our society and civilization, he stated. He emphasized that the untiring labor, intellect, and skill of this workforce remain the primary driving force behind the development of the nation and the state.

Seeking the blessings of Lord Vishwakarma, Chief Minister Adhikari prayed for the happiness, prosperity, and success of all residents. Concluding his message, he expressed his hopes for occupational safety and economic independence, writing, I pray that every workplace remains completely safe and the light of self-reliance spreads to every household across West Bengal.
