Hyderabad, 18 September (H.S.): Former Governor of Haryana Bandaru Dattatraya, along with Alai Balai Foundation Chairperson Bandaru Vijayalakshmi, met Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Lok Bhavan on Friday.

During the meeting, Dattatraya invited the Governor to attend the Alai Balai programme scheduled to be held at Hyderabad Exhibition Grounds on October 22. He said the programme had emerged as a symbol of Telangana’s culture and traditions.

Governor offers prayers to Lord Ganesha at Lok Bhavan

Ahead of the immersion of Ganesha idols at Lok Bhavan, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla offered special prayers to Lord Ganesha at the Main House and Durbar Hall.

The Governor prayed for the peace, prosperity and well-being of the people of Telangana.

Governor’s Joint Secretary Komandur Shashi Kiran, along with Lok Bhavan officials and staff, participated in the programme.
