New Delhi, 17 September (H.S.): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Nabin on Thursday inaugurated a blood donation camp on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. On the occasion, he extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Modi and wished him a long life and continued success.

Addressing the media at the party headquarters, Nitin Nabin said September 17 is not only observed as the day of worship of Lord Vishwakarma but also marks the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whom he described as an architect of modern India. Calling the Prime Minister the ‘Pradhan Sevak’ of the country, he said the BJP was launching the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ on his birthday and observing the day as ‘Seva Diwas’.

He said BJP workers across the country were launching blood donation drives to mark the Prime Minister’s birthday. He described it as a privilege to participate in the blood donation programme.

The BJP president said that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the lives of a large number of people in the country had undergone significant changes. According to him, this transformation was not confined merely to people’s living conditions but had also brought about a change in the outlook of crores of Indians. He said people across the country were now moving forward with a ‘Nation First’ spirit.

He added that people across the country were extending their greetings and blessings to the Prime Minister.

Wishing Prime Minister Modi a long life and continued success, Nabin said India was moving rapidly on the path of development and, while progressing towards the goal of a ‘Viksit Bharat’, was establishing a distinct identity for itself on the global stage. He expressed hope that India would achieve its objective of becoming a developed nation by 2047.
