2, 2026, was inaugurated by General Manager Naresh Pal Singh. All Principal

drew inspiration from Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's vision of turning
cleanliness into a mass movement. Emphasizing the theme Swachhata Mein

and personal habit. He called upon everyone to maintain cleanliness across
railway premises, stations, and public places, while promoting waste
segregation and institutional respect for Safai Mitras.
During the event, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer Anil
Kumar Dwivedi briefed the attendees on the key focus areas and activities
planned during the SHS fortnight. He said special emphasis will be given to
five core pillars and various community-driven activities.
Five Core Pillars: Cleaning and transformation of
Cleanliness Target Units (CTUs) & public places, Swachh Pathshala and youth
participation, security, service & felicitation camps for Safai Mitras,
public participation and Swachhata Se Samriddhi.

Day, One Hour, Together voluntary labor (Shramdaan), Waste-to-Art

of GM/NCR at the venue. All officers and employees participated
enthusiastically, reaffirming their commitment to creating a clean and healthy
railway environment. North Central Railway remains committed to giving full
