New Delhi, 17 September (H.S.): On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Argentine Ambassador to India Mariano Caucino extended their greetings and best wishes to him on Thursday. In their respective messages, all three referred to Modi’s role in strengthening relations between India and their respective countries.

President Putin shared a photograph from an earlier meeting with Prime Minister Modi on Instagram. In his message, Putin said that Modi enjoys deep respect among his compatriots and considerable prestige on the global stage. He said that Modi’s personal contribution to strengthening the special and privileged strategic partnership between India and Russia could not be underestimated.

Putin also expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him during his recent visit to New Delhi. He said that the discussions between the two leaders had been substantive, candid and productive. The Russian President added that constructive cooperation on bilateral and international issues would continue in the interests of both countries.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shared an earlier photograph with Prime Minister Modi and extended birthday greetings to him in a post on X. He said that Modi’s leadership had transformed India into a global power. Describing the India-Israel partnership as unprecedented, Netanyahu said that the friendship between the two countries was stronger than ever and would be taken to even greater heights.

Mariano Caucino, Argentina’s Ambassador to India, also extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Modi. Sharing a photograph from his meeting with Modi, he conveyed his best wishes on behalf of the Government and people of Argentina.

Prime Minister Modi received birthday greetings from leaders of several countries as well as diplomatic representatives on the occasion of his 76th birthday.
