New Delhi, 17 September (H.S.): Bharatiya Janata Party national president Nitin Nabin extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and wished him good health, longevity and continued strength to serve the nation. He described the Prime Minister as the leader of 140 crore Indians and a symbol of national service.

In a video shared on social media platform X on Thursday, Nitin Nabin said that with the resolve of ‘Nation First’, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s journey in public life had been an inspiring saga of service, good governance and public welfare. He said the journey was not merely that of an individual, but also one that had given direction to the collective aspirations and dreams of the people of the country.

The BJP president said that under the Prime Minister’s guidance, India was creating new dimensions of development and self-reliance while continuously strengthening its identity and capabilities on the global stage. He prayed to God to bless Prime Minister Modi with good health, longevity and the strength to continue serving the nation.

Earlier, marking the completion of 25 years of the Prime Minister’s public life, Nitin Nabin had appealed to citizens to light an ‘Aashirwad ka Diya’ (Lamp of Blessings) in their homes between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on September 17. Under the campaign, people have been called upon to express their good wishes and blessings for the Prime Minister.

Nitin Nabin will inaugurate the programme by lighting an ‘Aashirwad ka Diya’ at Ram Ghat in Ujjain. He will also inaugurate a blood donation camp organised at the BJP headquarters in the morning.
