Prayagraj, 17 Sept (HS): Like every year, this year too,

Lord Ganesha was installed with great pomp on the first day of Ganesh

Chaturthi, accompanied by drums and chants of Ganpati Bappa Moriya.

On the second day of the installation, September 16, a musical evening of

Ganesha, bhajans, worship, aarti, and distribution of food prasad were held.

Kalyani Nandgiri, Mahamandaleshwar of the Kinnar Akhara, performed the aarti

for Lord Ganesha. And its glory was praised.

Chief guest former BJP MP candidate Advocate Neeraj

Tripathi, social worker Kavita Yadav Tripathi wished everyone on the occasion

of Ganpati Mahotsav and prayed to Lord Ganpati that the devotees remain free

from all obstacles and that Riddhi Siddhi always reside in their homes.

Mittal said, Lord Shri Ganesh is not only the center of devotion and faith but

also a symbol of wisdom, discretion, initiation and positive energy. Ganit

Utsav connects us with our cultures and traditions and provides an opportunity

to strengthen love, brotherhood and harmony in the society. Ganpati has been

installed at various places in the entire city in which immense joy and

enthusiasm is visible which is very virtuous and fruitful. A large number of

devotees were present in the program, prominently Sunil Verma, Julie Verma,

Shweta Mittal, Lakhan Purwar, Suman Purwar, Pradeep Jaiswal Advocate, Kamlesh

Yadav, Ajay Awasthi, Vipin Gupta, Ravi Sharma, Gopal, many office bearers of

the Chamber of Commerce, official members of Lions Club International, devotees

of Ashoknagar were present.
