Guwahati, 17 September (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, describing him as a leader committed to service, good governance and nation-building.

In a Facebook Live message, Sarma conveyed his heartfelt wishes to Modi on behalf of the people of Assam. He said the Prime Minister has been taking India towards a new horizon with a resolve centred on service, good governance and nation-building.

Sarma also expressed his congratulations and best wishes to the Prime Minister on his birthday, highlighting the leadership and development-oriented vision associated with Modi’s tenure.
