Guwahati, 17 September (H.S.): AIUDF candidate for the Nagaon Lok Sabha by-election, Maulana Badruddin Ajmal, on Thursday interacted with residents at Kachuwa Tinali Bazar under the Nagaon parliamentary constituency and listened to their concerns and expectations.

In a social media post, Ajmal said he met the local people to understand their aspirations and hear about the issues concerning them. He said the affection and trust extended by the people remained a source of motivation for him.

The Nagaon Lok Sabha by-election is scheduled to be held on October 6, with counting of votes set for October 9.---------------
