Gorakhpur, 16 Sept (HS): In the district of Gorakhpur, at

the event organized for the inauguration and foundation stone laying of 119

development projects worth Rs. 40 crore, as well as the grand opening of the

Kalyan Mandapam, UP CM said, “Today, UP is curfew-free, riot-free; in Uttar

Pradesh, the rule of law prevails—criminals are either in jail or have already

embarked on their journey to the other world.

ji entrusted me with the responsibility of Chief Minister. In just 2 years, we

have eradicated a 40-year-old scourge and delivered an encephalitis-free Gorakhpur

and eastern Uttar Pradesh. Now, no mother needs to worry about dowry for her

daughter's marriage, because the Chief Minister's Mass Marriage Scheme is available

for that family. In Gorakhpur alone, more than 500 industries have been

established, and 50,000 young people have found jobs in them.”

Indian Medical Association (IMA) Charitable Blood Centre was held in Gorakhpur

district. The establishment of such a charitable blood bank by IMA is a
