Jorhat (Assam), 15 September (HS): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday announced an additional allocation of ₹5 crore for the construction of a building of Auniati Satra, highlighting the need to blend spiritual learning with modern technological education.

Speaking after inaugurating the building of Auniati University at Teok, the Chief Minister said today’s youth must move forward by acquiring knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology alongside spiritual education. He stressed that traditional values and modern technological skills should go hand in hand in preparing the younger generation for the future.

The Chief Minister’s announcement of the additional ₹5 crore is expected to provide further impetus to infrastructure development associated with Auniati Satra. He also underscored the importance of preserving Assam’s spiritual and cultural heritage while ensuring that young people remain equipped with emerging technologies and contemporary knowledge.-----------
