In a social media post, Majhi highlighted Modi’s five decades of dedicated public service and 25 years of leadership as Chief Minister and Prime Minister. He said Modi’s sustained leadership had contributed to building a stronger, prosperous and self-reliant India.

The Chief Minister said several programmes would be organised as part of the month-long campaign, including the ‘Seva Jyoti Yatra’, ‘Namo Seva Gatha’, ‘Swapnara Bharat’, ‘Paribartanara Kahani’, ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’, tree plantation drives and blood donation camps.

As part of the campaign, an ‘Ashirbadara Deepa’ programme will be organised across Odisha on September 17. Majhi urged people to light a lamp at their homes, temples or prominent public places either in the morning or evening as a mark of their blessings and good wishes for the Prime Minister.

He also appealed to beneficiaries of various welfare schemes to offer prayers for Modi’s long life and good health and share their messages of goodwill. People have been encouraged to upload and share photographs and videos of the occasion on social media.

Majhi said the blessings and cooperation of the people would further strengthen the Prime Minister’s resolve and contribute to accelerating the country’s development journey.
