Farrukabad, 13 Sept (HS): Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Culture
Minister Jaiveer Singh, along with district-level officials, listened to public
issues at his residence in Sirsaganj on Sunday. He said that if the
complainant's complaint is not resolved, action will be taken against the
officials.
During the public hearing, Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh
listened to the complaints of the complainants from the district and other
districts one by one and directed the concerned district level officers present
there to resolve the complaints in a quality and timely manner. Taking the
complaints of the complainants seriously, he got the complaints resolved in
some cases by talking to the concerned officers directly over the phone. He
also directed the concerned officers that after the process of quality
complaint resolution, the complainant should also be informed that his
complaint has been resolved.
During the public hearing, when most of the complaints were
related to land dispute, encroachment and liberation from occupation, the
Tourism Minister directed the District Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Magistrate
Sirsaganj and Police Circle Officer Sirsaganj and said that on the Police
Station Days to be organised on Saturdays, such land dispute cases should be
sent to the spot by forming a joint team of police and revenue and after
investigation, quality disposal should be done.
For this, he instructed all concerned officials to prepare
compliance reports detailing the quality disposal of the complaints received
and inform him of this. He said that the Uttar Pradesh government is serious
about public problems, so officials should ensure prompt and quality resolution
of public problems at the local level.
During the public hearing, most of the complaints received
were related to land, electricity, water, ration cards, electricity bills,
housing schemes, Aadhaar cards, encroachments, police matters, etc. During the
public hearing, he also clarified that if the complainant's complaint is not
resolved and he comes to us again, action will be taken against the concerned
officer.
