Lucknow, 12 Sept (HS): On Saturday, Uttar Pradesh Chief

Minister Yogi Adityanath held a presser in Lucknow to discuss the next

month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.

Campaign dates: September 17 to October 17, 2026.

Objective: Celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 25 years of uninterrupted

public service and link citizens with the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.

Target Audience: 4.19 crore households and 15.74 crore welfare recipients in

Uttar Pradesh.

Public Participation: Chief Minister Yogi asked ministers, officials, and party

activists to carry the campaign to the gram panchayat and nyaya panchayat

levels.

Beneficiary Stories: The campaign will use digital

storytelling and short movies to promote real-life success stories of scheme

beneficiaries.

Seva Setu Camps: Multipurpose 7-day service camps will be

established in each development block to give a single point of entry for

welfare scheme applications, health checks, and eligibility verification.

Voluntary Initiatives: Programs such as Seva Mera Yogdan will involve residents

in blood donation, tree planting, and cleanliness efforts, with digital

certificates provided through the My Bharat Portal.

Seva Diwas and Aashirwad Ka Diya to be launched on September

17 (PM Modi's birthday and Vishwakarma Jayanti), with toolkit deliveries to

craftsmen and nighttime lamp-lighting at beneficiary families and development

project locations.

Sushasan Sewa Samvad: The last event on October 17, which brought together

elected public leaders ranging from village chiefs (gram pradhans) to Members

of Parliament to accept a collective commitment focusing on the vision of

Viksit Bharat 2047.

During discussion with journalist in Lucknow regarding the

Service Sankalp Campaign, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said, “The honorable Shri @narendramodi

ji, in his service journey over the past 25 years as Chief Minister and Prime

Minister, has advanced both the revered Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay ji's

'Antyodaya' and the 'Nation Father' Mahatma Gandhi ji's 'Gram Swaraj'. Under

the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', various programs will be held from 17 September to

17 October. We will run a 'Seva Setu Abhiyan' in every development block,

district headquarters, and municipal body between September 29-30 and October

10. The esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, who has succeeded in

bringing about this transformation, regarding this, a team of workers, will go

among the people through the 'Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra'.”

“With prayers that India may continue to benefit from the

leadership of the esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji for a long

time, the 'Diya of Blessings' program will be organized, wishing him excellent

health and long life,” he informed.

“The late Rajiv Gandhi used to say that we send Rs. 100, but

only Rs. 15 reaches the bottom. This presents his helplessness and

powerlessness. Today, the honorable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji sends Rs.

100 from Delhi, and that money goes straight into the account of the poor person

sitting on the last rung. Within the country, 26 crore people have been lifted

above the poverty line. In UP, more than 6 crore poor individuals have

benefited from this. During the Congress era, one AIIMS was established. Former

Prime Minister, 'Bharat Ratna' revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji took it to 7,

and the esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji has taken it to 23,” he

remarked.

India is today running modern and world-class trains like

Namo Bharat, Amrit Bharat, and Vande Bharat. UP is the first state where rapid

rail facility is available. Over three dozen countries have bestowed their

highest honors upon the esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji. Honorable

Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji has given world-class infrastructure to

the people of the country. He has provided welfare schemes that people could never

even have imagined.
