Guwahati, 11 September (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday extended his warm birthday greetings to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat.

In a social media post, Sarma expressed gratitude for Bhagwat's contribution to nation-building and promoting social harmony.
