Lucknow, 11 Sept (HS): The State Vocational Training Council, Uttar Pradesh,

Aliganj, Lucknow, has announced the second stage selection results for the 2026

(six-month), 2026-27 (one-year) and 2026-28 (two-year) sessions at government

and private Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) operating in the state.

Following the first stage allocation, the selection results for upgradation

have also been released.

Candidates can check their selection result on the website of State

Vocational Training Council www.scvtup.in or on the website of Department of

Vocational Education and Skill Development www.upvesd.gov.in/dte .

SCVT Executive Director Abhishek Singh stated that the second phase of

admissions is scheduled from September 12th to September 17th, 2026. Candidates

will need to click on the provided link and enter their registration number and

date of birth. If selected, a call letter will be displayed on the website,

which can be downloaded and printed.

Selected candidates are also being notified of their selection via SMS to

the mobile number provided in their online application. For those who are not

selected, their rank information will be displayed and they will need to wait

for the next admission round.

Selected candidates are instructed to contact the Principal of the selected

institution by the deadline, along with a copy of the call letter, all original

certificates, copies of mark sheets, one certified copy of each, and two

passport-size photographs. Complete the admission process only after verifying

your selection with the selection list available at the institution.

During admission, candidates at both government and private ITI institutions

will be required to participate in the update process as detailed in the call

letter. Depending on their status, candidates will complete the admission

process by selecting either 'FREEZE' or 'FLOAT'.
