The domestic bullion market witnessed a firm trend during early trading on Friday. Gold prices rose by Rs 1,120 to Rs 1,220 per 10 grams across most bullion markets in the country. Similarly, the spot price of silver registered a sharp gain of up to Rs 5,200 per kilogram.
Following the latest price movement, 24-carat gold was trading at levels ranging from Rs 1,55,520 to Rs 1,55,670 per 10 grams across most bullion markets in the country. Likewise, 22-carat gold was being sold in the range of Rs 1,42,560 to Rs 1,42,710 per 10 grams. Silver prices also surged, with the precious metal trading at Rs 2,55,100 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market today.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 1,55,670 per 10 grams, while the price of 22-carat gold stood at Rs 1,42,710 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, the country’s financial capital, 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,55,520 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,42,560 per 10 grams. Similarly, the retail price of 24-carat gold in Ahmedabad stood at Rs 1,55,570 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,42,610 per 10 grams.
Besides these major cities, 24-carat gold was selling at Rs 1,55,520 per 10 grams in Chennai, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,42,560 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 1,55,520 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,42,560 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, the price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 1,55,570 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was selling at Rs 1,42,610 per 10 grams.
In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 1,55,670 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,42,710 per 10 grams. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 1,55,570 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was selling at Rs 1,42,610 per 10 grams. In the Lucknow bullion market, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 1,55,670 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,42,710 per 10 grams.
Like other states across the country, bullion markets in Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha also witnessed an upward trend in gold prices today. In the capitals of these three states — Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar — 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 1,55,520 per 10 grams. Similarly, 22-carat gold was selling at Rs 1,42,560 per 10 grams in the bullion markets of all three cities.
