Lucknow, 10 Sept (HS): The state government and state

organizations will jointly celebrate the completion of 25 years of continuous

service of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' will run in

Uttar Pradesh from September 17th to October 17th. Through the campaign, the

public welfare achievements, policy reforms, and changes in the country and

state during Prime Minister Modi's 25 years of service will be conveyed to the

people and every citizen will be connected to the national resolve of

'Developed India 2047'.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday reviewed the

preparations for the campaign in the presence of BJP State President and Union

Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary and State General Secretary

(Organization) Dharampal. He said that the campaign should be conducted with

extensive public participation and the achievements of service, good

governance, poor welfare and development should be brought to the fore through

the stories of real beneficiaries. Every section of the society including youth,

women, farmers and the deprived sections should be made a part of the

resolution of a developed India. The Chief Minister directed all the ministers

in charge to go to the districts and their respective assembly constituencies

and review the preparations.

It was informed at the meeting that a three-tier

coordination system has been established at the government, the Chief

Minister's Office, and the district level. A data bank of development work from

the Central Government's 12 years and the State Government's 10 years has been

created. The campaign will connect 41.9 million families and 157.4 million

beneficiaries, including 35.1 million rural and 06.8 million urban families.

Beginning with Service Day: 'Service Day' on 17th September

- Under the Aashirwad Ka Diya (Light of Blessings), service

activities will be accompanied by the lighting of lamps at 7 p.m. Lamps will

also be lit for beneficiary families and at the sites of major development

projects. Minister Dharmveer Prajapati will be in charge of the program. On the

same day, Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pujas will be held in all assembly

constituencies and toolkits will be distributed to artisans.

India of My Dreams: Picture Service: From September 17th to

October 7th, painting and speech competitions will be held in schools, and

speech and debate competitions in higher educational institutions. Outstanding

talents will be awarded certificates and prizes. Minister in charge Sandeep

Singh was instructed to ensure maximum participation.

Namo Seva: Untold Stories: Through cultural street plays,

the story of 25 years of service, public welfare schemes, and development will

be brought to villages and cities. The Culture Department will organize artist

groups in each district. Minister in charge, Jaiveer Singh, was instructed to

ensure the quality of the performances and to honor local talent.

Anganwadi Milan Seva: A three-day program will be held at

Anganwadi centers from September 25th to October 7th. This program will honor

workers, assistants, ASHAs, and outstanding beneficiary mothers, along with a

Healthy Baby Competition and nutrition and health-related activities. Minister

in charge, Baby Rani Maurya, was instructed to ensure the active participation

of mothers.

The Service Story: Digital and Reel campaign will feature

60-second real-life stories of transformation in the lives of 2.5 million

beneficiaries. Success stories from projects such as housing, schools,

expressways, airports, metros, and universities will be included, along with those

from the Chief Minister's Discretionary Fund and Ayushman Bharat.

Minister-in-Charge Girishchand Yadav was directed to select authentic and

impactful stories.

Influencers Connect: 150 digital influencers, podcasters,

and vloggers will be taken on a tour of the state's transformative projects.

Key landmarks, including Prerna Sthal, the Expressway, the Airport, BIDA

Jhansi, the Ram Temple, the Kashi Corridor, and the Defense Corridor, will

showcase the before and after transformation of development. Minister-in-Charge

Brijesh Singh was directed to select suitable sites.

Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra: Pledge for a Developed India: On

October 7th, Seva Jyoti, foot, bicycle, and bike rallies will be held in the

districts, along with a collective pledge for a Developed India

2047. The Prime Minister's address will also be broadcast live. Minister

in charge Jaswant Singh Saini was instructed to ensure adequate arrangements

for cleanliness and crowd management.

Vadnagar to Varanasi Yatra: Water, People and Service

Resolution: 250 bikes and 500 pilgrims will travel from Varanasi to Vadnagar

carrying Ganga water. Twenty groups will travel via different routes, and holy

water from both locations will be used to anoint Kashi Vishwanath and

Hatkeshwar Mahadev in Vadnagar. Public dialogue and promotion of schemes will

take place during the Yatra. Minister-in-Charge JPS Rathore was instructed to

complete the arrangements on time.

Service is my contribution: Citizens will be connected to 25

service activities, including blood donation, tree planting, cleanliness,

health check-ups, education support, water conservation, de-addiction,

nutrition, cybersecurity, disabled support, and awareness about government

schemes. A digital certificate will be awarded for at least 25 minutes of

volunteer work and uploading a photo or video to the My Bharat

Portal.

Seva Setu Campaign: Seven-day multi-purpose service camps

will be held in each development block. Information on health services, central

and state schemes, applications, eligibility verification, and approval will be

provided in one place.

Colors of Service, With the Nation: Public welfare schemes,

national symbols, and Developed India 2047 will be displayed

through human rangolis at prominent public locations. A 108-meter-diameter

Bharat Mandal and a grand human rangoli will be created.

The Seva First Innovation Challenge: Youth, students,

startups, professionals, and innovators will present innovative solutions.

Orientations, exhibitions, live demos, youth dialogues, and awards programs

will be held at universities, engineering colleges, ITIs, and polytechnics.

Minister-in-Charge Kapil Dev Agarwal has been directed to ensure maximum

participation of talented youth.

Good Governance Service Dialogue: The campaign will conclude

on October 17th. Public representatives, from village heads to MPs, will gather

to honor the Prime Minister's 25 years of service and pledge to achieve a

Developed India by 2047. All sections of society, including women

and youth, will participate.

Apart from these, laser shows on the theme of 'Namo Seva'

will be organised at major monuments and tourist places, Maha Yagya for the

welfare of the nation and the resolution of a developed India at pilgrimage

sites and Shaktipeeths, inauguration of libraries on September 25 and village

Chaupals will be organised in rural areas.

The Chief Minister said that the Seva Sankalp

Abhiyan is an opportunity to disseminate the achievements of the Prime

Minister's 25 years in office to the public and to transform the pledge of a

Developed India 2047 into a public pledge. By combining service

activities, development works, real stories of beneficiaries, youth talent,

cultural programs, and the participation of public representatives, the

campaign should be effectively carried forward as a comprehensive journey from

service to resolution.
