Bhubaneswar, 10 September (H.S.): Leader of Opposition in Odisha and BJD president Naveen Patnaik on Thursday congratulated the Indian Junior Women’s Hockey Team for its commanding 19-0 victory over Pakistan in the 2026 Women’s Junior Asia Cup.

In a social media post, Patnaik lauded the team’s impressive performance and congratulated the players on advancing to the semi-final of the tournament.

He expressed hope that the team would maintain its brilliant form in the remaining matches and bring further glory to the country.

Patnaik also extended his best wishes to the Indian team for its upcoming matches in the tournament.
