The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed new in-charges for its seven major front organisations as part of its ongoing organisational restructuring.
General Secretary Harish Dwivedi has been appointed in-charge of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. BJP National Vice-President D. Purandeswari has been given charge of the BJP Mahila Morcha, while National General Secretary Satish Poonia has been appointed in-charge of the Scheduled Tribe (ST) Morcha.
National General Secretary Sanjay Bhatia has been appointed in-charge of the Scheduled Caste (SC) Morcha, while National Vice-President Baijayant Panda will oversee the OBC Morcha. National Vice-President Lal Singh Arya has been appointed in-charge of the Kisan Morcha, while Gajendra Patel has been given responsibility for the Minority Morcha.
According to the BJP, the appointments are expected to provide fresh momentum to organisational activities and further strengthen the party’s outreach among various sections of society.
In recent days, the party has undertaken several significant organisational changes at both the national and state levels. The appointment of new in-charges for all seven front organisations is part of the same exercise aimed at strengthening the party’s organisational structure and outreach.
