Guwahati, 01 September (HS): Three members of the same family were killed in a devastating landslide at Mathgharia in Guwahati on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as Nagen Rajbonshi, Chunu Rajbonshi and their daughter Meena Rajbonshi. The landslide reportedly buried the family members, leading to their deaths.

One person was rescued alive from the site. Police and rescue teams have reached the spot and launched operations.

The incident has triggered widespread concern and shock among residents of the area.------------
