Guwahati, 01 September (HS): Continuous rainfall has led to severe waterlogging and artificial flooding in several parts of Guwahati, disrupting normal life and vehicular movement.

In Uzan Bazar, a tree reportedly fell on the road following the persistent rain, affecting traffic movement in the area. The incident added to the difficulties faced by commuters amid the adverse weather conditions.

Several other parts of the city have also witnessed water accumulation due to the incessant rainfall, raising concerns among residents and commuters.-----------
