The primary market is set to witness considerable activity during the trading week beginning Monday, August 10, with eight companies scheduled to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). Of these, five IPOs belong to the mainboard segment, while the remaining three are from the SME segment. In addition, four IPOs that opened for subscription on August 6 and 7 will remain available for bidding until August 10 and 11. Two of these are mainboard issues and two belong to the SME segment.

As far as new listings are concerned, shares of eight companies are scheduled to make their debut on the stock exchanges this week. Three of these companies are from the mainboard segment, while the remaining five are SME listings.

On the first trading day of the week, August 10, Dhoot Transmission's IPO, worth Rs 3,066.89 crore, will open for subscription. The issue will remain open for bidding until August 12. The price band has been fixed at Rs 829 to Rs 871 per share, with a lot size of 17 shares. Following the close of the issue, the company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 17.

Also on August 10, Molbio Diagnostics will open its Rs 939.70-crore IPO for subscription. Bidding for the issue will remain open until August 12. The price band has been fixed at Rs 768 to Rs 807 per share, while the lot size is 18 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 17 following the closure of the IPO.

The following day, August 11, Milky Mist Dairy Food will launch its Rs 1,553-crore IPO. The issue will remain open for subscription until August 13. The price band has been set at Rs 133 to Rs 140 per share, with a lot size of 107 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 18.

On the evening of August 11, Sameer Foam will also open its Rs 40.48-crore IPO for subscription. The issue will remain open until August 13. The IPO has a fixed price of Rs 130 per share, while the lot size is 1,000 shares. Following the issue's closure, the company's shares may be listed on the BSE SME platform on August 18.

Another IPO opening on August 11 will be that of Fascinate Textiles, which is looking to raise Rs 66.98 crore. The issue will remain open for subscription until August 13. The price band has been fixed at Rs 148 to Rs 156 per share, with a lot size of 800 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the NSE SME platform on August 18.

On August 12, Bihari Lal Engineering will open its Rs 302-crore IPO for subscription. Bidding will remain open until August 14. The price band has been fixed at Rs 271 to Rs 285 per share, with a lot size of 52 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19.

Pramodini Medicare will also launch its Rs 69.04-crore IPO on August 12. The issue will remain open until August 14. The price band has been set at Rs 110 to Rs 118 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the NSE SME platform on August 19.

Shiprocket's Rs 1,617.48-crore IPO will also open for subscription on August 12 and remain open until August 14. The price band has been fixed at Rs 92 to Rs 97 per share, while the lot size is 154 shares. Following the closure of the issue, the company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19.

In addition to these new IPOs, bidding for the Rs 32.40-crore IPO of LAPL Automotive, which opened for subscription on August 6, will remain open until Monday, August 10. The price band has been fixed at Rs 88 to Rs 94 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the BSE SME platform on August 13. The issue has so far been subscribed 31.41 times.

Similarly, bidding for Leap India’s Rs 2,480-crore IPO, which opened on August 7, will remain open until Tuesday, August 11. The price band has been fixed at Rs 151 to Rs 159 per share, while the lot size is 94 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14. The issue has so far received subscriptions amounting to 28 per cent of the shares on offer.

Technocraft Ventures' Rs 251.88-crore IPO, which also opened on August 7, will remain open for subscription until Tuesday, August 11. The issue carries a price band of Rs 200 to Rs 212 per share, with a lot size of 70 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14. The IPO has so far been subscribed 2.59 times.

In addition, Optimistix Entertainment's Rs 107.88-crore IPO, which opened for subscription on August 7, will also remain open for bidding until Tuesday, August 11. The price band has been fixed at Rs 165 to Rs 174 per share, with a lot size of 800 shares. The company's shares may be listed on the NSE SME platform on August 14. The issue has so far been subscribed to the extent of 73 per cent.

As for new stock-market listings, shares of Anavil Wire & Engineering may begin trading on the NSE SME platform on Monday, August 10. The following day, August 11, shares of Aegis Technologies may make their debut on the BSE SME platform.

On August 12, the third trading day of the week, shares of RD Industries may be listed on both the BSE and NSE. On the same day, GV Electricals may make its stock-market debut through a listing on the BSE SME platform.

On August 13, shares of LAPL Automotive may be listed on the BSE SME platform.

On the final trading day of the week, August 14, shares of Leap India and Technocraft Ventures may begin trading on both the BSE and NSE. On the same day, Optimisticks Entertainment may make its stock-market debut through a listing on the NSE SME platform.
