MOSCOW, August 7 (HS/RIA Novosti) - The Russian armed forces have taken control of the settlement of Aniskino (Anyshchyne) in the Kharkov (Kharkiv) region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday.

Over the past week, active actions by units of the Sever [North] group of forces took control of the settlements of Bely Kolodez [Bilyi Kolodyaz], Ustinovka [Ustynivka] and Baksheevka [Baksheivka] in the Kharkov region, Ryzhevka [Ryzhivka] in the Sumy region, and yesterday control was established over the settlement of Aniskino in the Kharkov region, the ministry said in a statement.
