Guwahati, 05 August (HS): To facilitate candidates appearing for the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) examinations, Indian Railways has announced the operation of Examination Special Trains to handle the expected surge in passenger traffic during the examination period.

As part of the initiative, Train No. 08181/08182 Tatanagar–Rampur Bazar–Tatanagar Examination Special will operate to provide additional travel accommodation for RRB aspirants and other passengers.

Train No. 08181 will depart from Tatanagar at 7:30 pm daily from August 3 to 6 and August 9 to 14, while Train No. 08182 will leave Rampur Bazar at 10:00 am from August 4 to 7 and August 10 to 15. Each train will complete 10 trips during the examination period.

The special train will consist of 16 coaches and will halt at Kharagpur Junction, Andul, Dankuni, Barddhaman Junction, Bolpur Shantiniketan, Rampur Hat, Pakur, New Farakka Junction, Malda Town, Eklakhi, Buniadpur and Gangarampur, ensuring improved connectivity for candidates travelling from different regions.

Indian Railways said the operation of these special services is aimed at ensuring safe, convenient and hassle-free travel for examination aspirants while reducing congestion on regular trains. Passengers have been advised to check the train schedule and seat availability before planning their journey.---------
