Hooghly, 05 August (H.S.): A key coordination meeting was held at the Jirat Block Development Office (BDO) on Wednesday to discuss the effective implementation of the Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin)(VBGRAMG) Programme. The meeting was attended by NS representatives from all gram panchayats under the block.

Officials reviewed various aspects of the programme, including the implementation plan, allocation of responsibilities, and strategies to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timeframe. Emphasis was also placed on strengthening coordination among all stakeholders to ensure the benefits of the programme reach the public efficiently.

The administration stressed that every component of the VBGRAMG Programme must be carried out in a transparent, accountable, and systematic manner. Officials also highlighted the need for stronger coordination between the panchayats and different levels of the administration for the programme's smooth execution.

According to the administration, the primary objective of the initiative is to ensure that government services and welfare schemes are delivered to citizens in a timely and effective manner.

The meeting concluded with a collective appeal for cooperation and coordinated efforts from all concerned officials to ensure the successful implementation of the programme across the block.
