Kolkata, 05 August (H.S.) : The Indian Army's Brahmastra Corps, under the Eastern Command, successfully concluded a 12-day National Cadet Corps (NCC) Training Camp at Panagarh, aimed at developing leadership, discipline, and patriotism among young cadets through intensive military-oriented training.

The camp brought together NCC cadets for a structured programme designed to provide firsthand exposure to military life while strengthening essential qualities such as teamwork, physical fitness, confidence, and a spirit of national service.

During the training, cadets experienced various aspects of the Armed Forces' daily routine, gaining insight into the discipline, professionalism, and commitment required of soldiers. The programme offered participants a deeper understanding of the Indian Army's functioning and the responsibilities associated with military service.

A key highlight of the camp was weapon familiarisation, where cadets received practical training under the guidance of experienced Army instructors. Physical fitness sessions, endurance drills, and outdoor activities also formed a major part of the curriculum, helping participants improve agility, stamina, and overall fitness while promoting a disciplined lifestyle.
