Lucknow, 30 Aug (HS): On Sunday,

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh

will inaugurate a statue of independence warrior Veerangana Rani Avantibai

Lodhi in Lucknow. The ceremony honouring India's independence warriors'

historic accomplishments is attended by state officials and leaders. Defense

Minister Rajnath Singh will speak at the Industry Conclave in #Lucknow today,

the third and last day of his three-day tour. He will also lay the groundwork

for 12 development projects totaling Rs 101 crore in the Lucknow Cantonment

region in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

The land of Lucknow will today bear witness to honouring the memories of

valor and taking the resolve for development to new heights. In the esteemed

presence of the Honorable Defense Minister Shri @rajnathsingh ji, the unveiling

of the statue of the immortal woman warrior of the freedom struggle, Avantibai

Lodhi ji, will take place, along with the foundation stone laying and

inauguration of 12 development projects worth Rs. 101 crore for developing

Lucknow Cantonment as a 'Model Cantonment'. Saluting valor, honoring heritage,

and expanding development—this is the new identity of the 'New Uttar Pradesh', remarked UP CM in a post on X.
