Bhubaneswar, 03 August (H.S.): President Droupadi Murmu was accorded a warm welcome upon her arrival at Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar on Monday, marking the beginning of her three-day official visit to Odisha.

Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi received the President at the airport and extended their greetings.

As part of her visit, President Murmu is scheduled to travel to Damapada in Cuttack district today, where she will inaugurate the Jagadguru Kripalu Maharaj University.

Security has been heightened across Bhubaneswar and adjoining areas in view of the President’s visit.
