Hooghly, 03 August (H.S.): A crucial preparatory meeting was held at the Hooghly Organisational District Office on Monday to ensure the successful organisation of the upcoming Tiranga Yatra programme. West Bengal Government Minister Sumana Sarkar was present at the meeting.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the overall preparations for the Tiranga Yatra, smooth execution of the programme, and ensuring participation of people from all sections of society. Organisational strategies, necessary planning and distribution of responsibilities among members were also discussed.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Sumana Sarkar said that the main objective of the programme is to preserve the dignity of the national flag and spread the message of patriotism to every household. She appealed to party workers, supporters and the general public to actively participate in the Tiranga Yatra.

She also stressed the need to work together in a coordinated manner to make the programme a success.
