demands Gadkari’s resignation

03 Aug (HS): Congress State Unit President Harshavardhan Sapkal launched

scathing attack on ruling BJP relating to E-20 petrol. Promoting Ethanol blended

petrol is for the benefit of those close to BJP. This is a joint campaign by

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Chief Minister

Devendra Fadnavis.

Sapkal

addressed a press conference in Mumbai on Monday and demanded Gadkari’s

resignation for promoting ethanol blending of petrol, which is damaging vehicles.

In fact the blending was to be enforced from 2030. Taking undue advantage of fuel

crisis due to war the E20 petrol was enforced earlier.

Sapkal

also alleged that efforts are being made to shift Fadnavis to Delhi. Fadnavis

also is eager to move to Delhi. In fact Union Minister Amit Shah is de-facto

Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
