(HS): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief
Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Monday met citizens from various districts of
the state at the 'Janata Darshan' programme organised at his official
residence, 7-Kalidas Marg, Lucknow and seriously listened to their problems and
complaints. A large number of citizens who attended the Janta Darshan apprised
Deputy Chief Minister Maurya of their personal, social, and local problems.
Keshav Prasad Maurya listened to each citizen's concerns with sensitivity and
seriousness and directed officials of the concerned departments and districts
to prioritize the cases received and ensure timely, transparent, and quality
disposal.
Giving clear instructions to officials, Maurya
said that unnecessary delay or negligence at any level in resolving public
problems will not be tolerated. He urged all concerned officials to work with
complete sensitivity, promptness, and accountability to ensure that the
benefits of government schemes and services reach eligible individuals easily
and that every citizen receives a just and effective solution.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that serving the people of the state, solving
their problems, and bringing positive change to their lives are the
government's top priorities. The state government is continuously realizing its
commitment to public welfare and good governance, in accordance with the core
mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka
Prayas.
He said that Janta Darshan is not just a medium to listen to public concerns,
but also a powerful platform for direct dialogue between the government and the
public. It helps understand citizens' problems and ensures necessary action for
their quick and effective resolution. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the
state government is fully committed to public service, good governance,
transparency, and accountability. Public trust is the government's greatest
strength, and it is our responsibility to live up to that trust.
