New Delhi, 03 August (H.S.): Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar paid a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday. During the meeting, he briefed the Prime Minister on the current situation in Jharkhand and held detailed discussions on various key issues related to the state's development, good governance, and public welfare.

The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) shared photographs of the meeting on social media platform X, stating that Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar had paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Governor Gangwar also shared details of the meeting in a post on X, saying that he apprised the Prime Minister of the prevailing situation in Jharkhand. He added that they held meaningful and comprehensive discussions on a range of issues concerning the state's overall development, good governance, and the welfare of its people.

Describing the meeting as positive, the Governor said he had a productive exchange of views with the Prime Minister on matters related to the state's development and public interest. However, no specific project or policy decision discussed during the meeting was made public.
