(HS): A large number of people with Congress Party flag staged protest in front

of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s residence in Nagpur on Monday. They were protesting against ethanol

blending of petrol, which allegedly has damaged their vehicles.

The agitators

sat to the road blocking the traffic, while resulted in the police forcefully

removing them.

Besides Ethanol

blending, people also protests growing unemployment, inflation.

The agitators

demanded Gadkari’s resignation and said that unless he resigns the agitation

will continue.

Gadkari has clarified that the decision was taken by the Petroleum Ministery. But he has been promoting Ethanol blended fuel.
