Guwahati, 28 August (HS): Heavy rainfall has once again inundated several parts of Guwahati, creating severe waterlogging and flood-like conditions across the city.

The situation has turned particularly alarming along the lalmati, Chandmari, Nabin Nagar, Anil Nagar, Hatigaon, Maligaon, Jorabat stretch, with the 9th Mile and 10th Mile areas and several parts of Guwahati witnessing severe artificial flooding. Commuters travelling towards Jorabat have been advised to exercise caution as waterlogged roads are affecting movement.-----------
