Lucknow, 26 Aug (HS): The State Vocational Training Council,

Uttar Pradesh, Aliganj, Lucknow has declared the first stage selection result

for session 2026 (six months), session 2026-27 (one year) and session 2026-28

(two years) in the government/private Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs)

running in the state.

In this regard, Special Secretary, Department of Vocational

Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/Executive Director, SCVT,

Abhishek Singh, stated that candidates should visit the websites

http://www.scvtup.in or http://www.upvesd.gov.in/dte for information on their

admission results. The first phase of admissions is scheduled from August 27,

2026, to September 4, 2026, (including holidays).

Candidates should click on the provided link and enter their

registration number and date of birth. If selected, a call letter will be

displayed, which they can print. Selected candidates will also be notified via

SMS to the mobile number they provided in their online application. If not

selected, their rank will be displayed along with the information, and the

candidate will have to wait for the next admission round.

The admitted candidates should take admission after checking

the admission list available in the institute by contacting the Principal of

the concerned admitted institute before the last scheduled date along with a

copy of their call letter, all original certificates, mark sheets and one

attested copy of each and two passport size photographs.

Candidates will have to complete the admission process by

selecting any one of the above two options - FREEZE (fixed) and FLOAT

(displaced) as per the details mentioned in the call letter, depending on their

status of participating in the upgradation process at the time of admission in
