Guwahati, 26 August (HS): Kamrup District Commissioner Deba Kumar Mishra on Wednesday flagged off a four-day AROHAN exposure visit for 276 high-performing Class X students under Batch-4 of the 2026-27 scheme.

The visit, organised by Samagra Shiksha, Kamrup, from August 26 to 29, aims to provide students with career guidance, skill development and exposure to leading academic, scientific and administrative institutions. The students will visit IIT Guwahati, AIIMS Guwahati, IIIT Bongora, Tech City, Assam State Zoo and other institutions.

Addressing the students, Mishra urged them to make the most of the opportunity and gain a wider perspective on career possibilities. The programme also includes counselling sessions, cultural activities and motivational interactions.-----------
