
Lucknow, 22 Aug (HS): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister
Brajesh Pathak said that the BJP government stands with the youth. We are committed
to fulfilling every young person's dream. We will present the students' demands
to the central leadership. In the next two days, we will arrange a meeting of a
student delegation with a Union minister. The Deputy Chief Minister held a
press conference in Lucknow on Saturday with the youth protesting for
reservation reforms at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.
Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak listened carefully to
every demand of the student delegation and assured them of appropriate
resolution. Speaking at a press conference with Harsh Dubey, Matyunjay Pathak,
Shiva Sharma, and their colleagues, who are leading the movement, Brajesh
Pathak said that their demands would be effectively presented to the central
leadership within the next two days. Additionally, the student delegation will
be arranged to meet with the relevant Union Minister.
The Deputy Chief Minister informed that he has also received
a letter from the delegation of students, which will be forwarded to the
central leadership. Brajesh Pathak said that effective efforts will be made
through dialogue and positive initiatives to resolve the problems of the
students and their justified demands. The students were assured that by taking
their voice to the appropriate platform, every possible step will be taken
towards the solution. Pathak said that our government stands shoulder to
shoulder with the youth of the country and the state in every situation. In the
press conference, Harsh Dubey said that we held a peaceful protest. Our demand
is that every youth of the country should get equal opportunities. We have been
assured of a meeting within two days.
