
Lucknow, August 02 (HS): The monsoon session of the Uttar
Pradesh Legislative Assembly begins on Monday. The Yogi Adityanath government will
present the supplementary budget on August 4. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
held an all-party meeting at the Vidhan Bhavan on Sunday, ahead of the monsoon
session. During this meeting, he urged public representatives
(Assembly/Legislative Council members) from both the ruling and opposition
parties to raise all issues related to public interest in the House and to
cooperate with the government in accelerating development through healthy
discussions.
The Chief Minister addressed the all-party meeting chaired
by Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana in the Vidhan Bhavan on Sunday. He also
appealed to the opposition parties to ensure smooth conduct of the House
proceedings. The meeting was held regarding the conduct of the monsoon session
of the Legislative Assembly, which begins on Monday. Leader of the House Yogi
Adityanath said in the meeting that the monsoon session should have healthy
discussions on issues of public concern. This contributes to the development of
the state and also resolves public problems. Public representatives should
seriously raise all issues related to public interest in the House. The CM
appealed to all the members that everyone's cooperation should be given in the
smooth functioning of the House, there should not be any kind of obstruction in
it.
Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana also sought the cooperation
of all the members for the smooth functioning of the House. Deputy Chief
Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Finance/Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh
Khanna, Leader of the Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey, National President of
Nishad Party and Cabinet Minister Dr. Sanjay Nishad, President of Suheldev
Bharatiya Samaj Party and Cabinet Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar, Congress
Legislature Party leader Aradhana Mishra, Raghuraj Pratap Singh 'Raja Bhaiya'
from Jansatta Dal Democratic Party, Nishad Party Legislature Party leader
Ramesh Singh, RK Patel of Apna Dal (S) and Rajpal Baliyan of Rashtriya Lok Dal
etc. were present in the meeting.
