
Guwahati, 02 August (HS): Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya joined the nationwide launch of the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat' campaign in Varanasi on Sunday, describing it as a national mission to build a healthy, disciplined and value-based youth for a developed India by 2047.
The Governor said the 100-week anti-drug campaign would promote awareness, behavioural change and community participation. He urged educational institutions, families and social organisations to work together to create a drug-free society and called on young people to use digital platforms responsibly to spread the message against substance abuse.-----------
