
Prayagraj/New Delhi, August 02 (HS): The unveiling ceremony of the statue of nation
builder, great social worker, educationist and freedom fighter Utkalmani
Gopabandhu Das will be organised by Lok Sevak Mandal on Monday at 11:15 am at
Lajpat Bhawan, New Delhi. In this historic and dignified ceremony, the President
of India, Draupadi Murmu ji, as the chief guest, will unveil the first statue
of Gopabandhu Das ji in New Delhi with her own hands.
Cabinet Ministers of the Government of India, many MPs, public
representatives from various states, educationists, social workers, enlightened
citizens and officers and members of the Lok Sevak Mandal will be present in
large numbers in the function, informed Ravi Shankar Mishra, Media Incharge.
National President of Lok Sevak Mandal, Rajkumar Chopra
informed that this event is being organised with the aim of spreading the
ideals of national service, education, social dedication and public welfare of
Gopabandhu Das ji to the people and to inspire the new generation from him.
