
Guwahati, 19 August (HS): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday formally inaugurated the Integrated District Commissioner’s Office of Kamrup Metropolitan district at Rupnagar in Guwahati.
The three-storey office building, spread across 12,700 square feet, has been constructed at a cost of ₹81 crore. More than 21 government offices, including the Excise Department, Supply Department, Information and Public Relations Department, Revenue Department, Treasury and Rural Livelihoods, will function from the new complex.--------
